First things first: What is a vector typeface?
Well, its just like any other vector file, except your objects just happen to look like alphabetic characters. You do not type them, you just copy and paste or copy/drag what you need, THEY ARE NOT A FONT. One of the advantages (as you can see above) is that they can be multiple colors, but like all good design, they take a bit more time to use.
