Above you will see the letter "Q" done up as a fancy feather. I don't know exactly what to do with a fancy feather typeface but maybe you will.

Make beautiful triangulated art
Triangulator is an amazing desktop/browser based tool that generates triangulated mesh and exports as svg (useable in Illustrator :)
I used [this] image to make the above "artwork" in less that 30 seconds.
